Perform opening and/or closing duties for the venue(s) as directed which may include: Checking in artists and crew, conducting daily start-up meetings, handling all staffing issues resulting from team member’s calling out sick/personal, monitoring start-up/shut down procedures, merchandise auditing and settlement, communicating operational readiness or staffing/technical problems with partnering departments, etc. Observe and monitor shows/sets to ensure highest standards of show quality, guest satisfaction, and safety are being achieved addressing and following up on any observed show quality, guest, or safety issues utilizing the necessary departments Work with tour merchandise for events including count audits and settlements. Point of contact for concerts and special events as directed.Help maintain and schedule front of house staff needed for events. This includes the coordination of ticket pre-sales, fan clubs, and VIP services. This may include entertainer requirements based on contractual riders.īe able to build events within our ticketing software, including an understanding of ticket scaling, terminology, and fee structures. Assist the Director of Entertainment with pre-production and advancements with national level artists and specialized entertainment.
